Sorry but I remembered something:
page 3 from chapter 599, team Anko vs team Ibiki (this is the first time they conduct the exam all of them and "all" of them are at the age 6):
-Anko current age 28
-Ibiki current age 31
-Gekko Hayate "the sick examiner of Naruto's Chuunen exam" died at the age of 23 (by Baki).
"I read this from naruto wiki also."
So, their is a big gap. Anko and Gekko Hayate are younger than the other's by almost 3 years and 4 years respectively, if we can consider these info are being accurate as taken from data book. So this is another huge mistake. Did Anko an Hayate took the exam at the age 3 and 2 years respectively? I dont think so.

For all of the people talking about how much the strength difference was between Obito at age 13 and 15 remember that of his fighting style so far, he has primarily used his MS so somewhere between 13 and 15 he unlocked MS and used this against Minato and in his current battles.

Just food for thought.

It was said that the Uchiha clan Massacre took place 5 years before the start of Naruto. That means in year 95. At this time Obito/Tobi was 22 years old.

Very good! But i keep finding it strange that growing hair never takes place in the story anywhere else. Naruto's hair doesn't grow, Sasuke's doesn't, noone's hair doesn't.

I believe your Timeline to the fullest, but keep finding it strange that Kishi applies 'growing hair' to only one character. If it's to fool the reader it is kind of a cheap way isn't it?

This. ^ Also, Tobi being the same age as Kakashi makes him the same age as Zabuza (Zabuza was 26 in part 1). Zabuza graduated from the Academy at the age 9 when the Village of The Blood Mist occurred, and that's when Yagura was in charge. How in the blue hell does Obito at age 9 infiltrate Kirigakure, confront a Kage who is a Jinchuuriki, and put him under a genjutsu when he hadn't even unlocked his Sharingan yet? And before you say they're not the same, they are. Kisame saw Obitos face back then when he had long hair, and just recently with short hair.

No you misunderstood what he is saying. He said that the events of the uchiha massacre took place 5 years before the series started. So Naruto was 12(?) when the series started so since him and Sasuke are the same age Sasuke would have been 7.

Why is everyone repping this? The op left out some stuff like what's your answer for Obito meeting Madara? What's your answer about him having so much knowledge about the Sage?

thats not a theory. its just stating facts.

A theory is something that speculates with no solid proof like the thing with Madara and Sage.

For all we know Madara was dead at the time but Tobi somehow managed to get some knowledge (not all because he still had to go to the Uchiha Table to read and there he was seen)

wow, good job dude. that was great. ive been confused about the timeline for awhile now and have just been confusing myself more and more. the realization of the time skip of 5 and 2 years was huge and i think you are absolutely right. it makes a lot of sense. that being said, kishi still did make mistakes (or at the very least make things super complicated) not only with the timeskip, but with the fact that obito was talking with the minato hokage face behind him =/ so i dont know whats going on with kishi. but all in all, good job on your part, very well thought out!

Thank you for the great and hard work. Definitely very helpful as it clears a lot of issues.
My theory about Tobi/Obito's change is that sometime along these years after Obito's death in the war, madara came and helped him. Madara may have trained Obito and after madara's death obito decided to follow his ideals as his master passes his will to the student. This would also explain why Obito knows so much about Madara considering his age.

This maybe ideally right, but is it correct in terms of the timeline that you made?

Dude ... At the Start of the Series Naruto Was 13 years. Stop messing things up. Start of the series means when Naruto Series started. That means Chapter 1 Page 1. I didnt say when Naruto Uzumaki was born but i said when Naruto started (the manga).

The period of the village of the bloody mist occured before the uchiha clan massacre. Obito and kakashi are the same age as Zabuza. Zabuza ended the period of the bloody mist. If Obito was the one who controlled the Mizukage then he would have been 9. the Uchiha Clan massacre happened after the 3rd shinobi world war. So according to you Obito grew his hair to control the mizukage, cut his hair to fight minato and then grew his hair again for the uchiha clan massacre. That seems like a plothole to me.
