First of all, in the very first turn, Cookie did nothing against those 3 flying kunais, so he's basically dead. Second of all, you didn't specify as how did you recognize that the wind blast is racing towards you?
Next thing is that, Omnom has expelled an A-Ranked wind, and Cookie has expelled an A-Ranked fire. You'd only need an B-Rank fire to cancel an A-Ranked wind, so Cookie's fire blast would still continue towards you, and as you did nothing about it, your dead, the nagashi won't do anything against a blast like that.
Secondly, if that fire blast was to only cancel his wind, (which was part of it, as it should of continued) There is smoke al around because of the collision, so you didn't give any reason as to how did you recognize his Nagashi. As you ran through the smoke, making you within short range, the Nagashi should have paralized you, since your in short range.
Since he used Nagashi and after immediatelly performed Senpuuken, you don't have enough time to trap him, since the dragon needs 4 handseals, and his Senpuuken doesn't need any.
Another thing with the rasengan, if you haven't learned B-rank ninjutsu, the ninjutsu rasengan, you won't be able to make a flame rasengan, and your not minato, so you won't be able to make the rasengan that fast.

So, in the end, let's say that all these things did not happen, Omnom can start defending against that earth dragon that's closing in upon him as Omnom is in mid-air flying onto long range.

-As I see you performing Nagashi i slam my hand to the ground causing the earth to rise up into a dragon form and slam right into you. Straight after the dragon comes out of the earth and before it hits you, I cause the ground behind you to rise up behind you to stop you from being blown backwards. I then do a rasengan charge at you (Like they do in the anime) and thrust a flamed rasengan into your midriff-
