Kamui: Can be countered by Kamui, pure speed/shunsin, FTG, Objects (Mokuton, Sand, etc), also distractions are key. Nagato can stop Kakashi by using universal pull, and thus Kakashi loses focus.

KA: Kamui, Perfect jin or if your Madara

Kotoamatsukami requires direct eye contact. As such, looking down counters it. Also, one/two misses and your done for 10 years.

Kamui is countered by feints and speed...

1. Konan's suicide bomb charge would have killed Obito had he not cancelled Kamui...it resulted in a blown off arm.

2. Minato's feint of being touched by Obito and then using the FTG V2 speed move allowed him to counter it.


Also, Kamui has a 5 minute time span and that's even with Senju DNA.

As for kamui, shinra tensei, ftg, or kamui from kakashi. These are the only ways i see to fight it, and even with these its still incredibly difficult.

Kamui: sheer speed, high s/t ninjutsu, maybe izanagi (i dunno?)
A continuous attack that goes on until he can't be intangible for awhile

Komotatsukami:
Sakon/Ukon's kekkai genkai: it wouldn't effect both, though they're not that strong compared to anyone nowadays.

Izanami
Byakugan (senses when it is about to attack so they can run away before it is casted)
Ftg (teleport away, if they're lucky)
Maybe a biju. Maybe it could help you break out
