I thought Tsunade uses this move and not Sakura or do they both use it?

Naruto wins because he has the nine tails chakra for defence, healing abilitites, speed, stamina and sheer power compared to Sakura. Sakura is more intelligent and has better chakra control, that is about it. Naruto's rasengan has a better range than Cherry blossom impact so they win in a clash.

Naruto wins moderate difficulty unless we are talking about current Sakura with sleep gas bombs and poisoned kunais. If she adds those things to her arsenal, she has a shot at winning but still I root for Naruto.
