Advantages:
1. Useful technique for stealth tactics pretty much good range and useful technique despite of being D Rank tech, major advantage is it can hide location of allies too.
2. Range is also advantage here, as I can use it on any possible range, ranging from short-long range.
Disadvantages:
1. Biggest disadvantage is, it is supplementary technique, i.e. no aggressive move is incorporated with it, so I can replace it with high rank genjutsu such as Frog song.
2. Needs RAM handseal, hence opponent with sharingan can see through it.
Combinations and strategies:
1. Use it when you are in tag battle, I can give an opportunity to get an opening to my partner, who can then finish his job.
2. Combining it with genjutsu can amplify it's effect, such as confusing senses, which will give me advantage.
Ways to counter this technique:
1. Effective way is seeing through the ram seal and prepare myself, so that I can be one step ahead of my opponent.
2. Another way of countering is focus on other aspects except sound, such as sight, movements etc.
Demonstration:
Itachi quickly moves to the next technique, and waves ram seal and projects his voice in the different area so as to hide himself from his opponent which is his sensei's clone. He then quickly removes his Kunai moves at the short range from his opponent, and takes him down by striking his vital point.'I hope I did good', he comes back at the original position waiting for further orders.

2. I can't increase the damage points of the technique by combining it with aggressive technique, as it is pretty much 'one of it's own kind technique'.
Combinations and Strategies
1. Just like you mentioned beforehand it can be used along with 'hidden mist' or other stealth techs, and hence effectiveness can be increased. FTG bios can also use higher versions/ftg combos.
2. Can be used along with Genjutsu techs. One can use genjutsu as precursor and then use this technique to deliver the blow once the opponent is put under genjutsu.
Ways to counter this technique
1. Simplest way it using substitution techniques, I can also use elemental defenses if opponent is skillful enough.
2. Generally used in combination with hidden mist, and hence I can use hidden mist as a sign of attack, and keep my senses on high alert, sensor ability may play a big role here. Dojutsus may help.

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

He then quickly uses nearby water source to create thick mist, he then quickly removes the kunai and decides to give try to the silent homicide technique, he uses the mist to effectively hide himself, and move near his sensei's clone, uses kunai to cut down his neck, while approaching him from behind. 'This is a badass technique', he murmurs.

Description: A simple ninja technique in which the user deploys a smoke bomb and is used to lay down the makibishi undercover so that the enemy target will not notice. This technique is used to cause some damage and slow the enemy target down when they stand on them.

Grab out a smoke bomb and use it so my clone won't be able to see you. Once this is done lay down makibishi spikes so that my clone won't know and when he tries to go after you he will run on them slowing him down and doing damage to him.

1. Flexibility in the range is a advantage, since I can spray Makibishi to cover large as well as small area, chakra requirement is very less too.
2. Since I am using smoke bomb before deploying the Makibishi, it is smart technique, and can be used to small down enemy, without noticeable amount of damage.
Disadvantages:
1. Being a D-Rank technique, it doesn't cause that much amount of damage. At the max it can be used to slow down the opponent, but not to cause significant amount of damage.
2. Opponent with good eyes can easily through smoke bombs, and hence technique becomes useless.
As effectiveness of technique depends upon how much Makibishi I can plat without opponent noticing.
Combinations and Strategies:
1. It can be combined with many short range or in other limited range techniques, so as to bring my opponent in the range of the attack.
2. I can combine it with doton techs so as to attack opponent using Makibishi even if he misses it.
Ways to counter this technique
1. The most effective way to counter the technique is seeing through the technique, and dodging the spread Makibishi.
2. I can also use elemental techniques, to move the spread Makibishi. For example, I can use Katon/Doton to remove them.
Demonstration
'K, then, I will start with smoke bomb', Itachi quickly deploys the smoke bomb and then spreads down Makibishi in the area. He then attacks the clone head on so as to direct him towards spread Makibishi, resulting in clone falling on spread Makibishi and going puff. 'I hope, I was good enough', he then waits for further orders.

1. It can be used in combination with shadow manipulation or Kagemane techs. This technique will bind the opponent, and then I will use shadow of rope to capture my opponent and control him.
2. It can also be used along with genjutsu techs. This technique will make it difficult bind his hands first and then I will control him by genjutsu.
Ways to counter the techniques
1. I can use cutting techniques to get rid of this rope and then counter the aggressive jutsu my opponent performs with it.
2. I can get out of the range of the technique, which is major disadvantage due to length of this rope, to avoid this technique.
Demonstration:
Itachi quickly catches the rope thrown by his sensei towards him. He then channels his chakra through the rope and throws the rope towards his opponent, (which his sensei's clone in this case) and then traps him and holds him down so that he can perform his next move. 'Let's do some add on here', Itachi then moves at the short range, and then stands in straight position with weight equally divided on both feats, and then pivots the weight on left foot, so as to deliver a powerful kick using right foot near the waist. 'That gave me some nice taijutsu practice.'

1. The most important way is seeing through this technique, can be done by using dojutsus which can see chakra system, or using sharingan which gives 'color to chakra'.
2. Countering the offensive technique which is used in conjunction with this supplementary technique.
Demonstration:
Itachi without wasting a single moment, creates them intangible clones by using his chakra. He then directs this clone towards his sensei's clone. Since his sensei's clone doesn't have dojutsu, his clone tries to punch them clones, which effectively passes through the clones, making punches useless. Seeing that his technique was effective, Itachi then calmly waits for further instructions.

1. I can channel wind chakra through my shuriken to make it elemental attack and on top of that increasing it's piercing ability.
2. Can be used alongside kagemane jutsus to make my shurikens difficult to avoid for enemy.
Demonstration:
Itachi channels his chakra through the shuriken. He then throws it towards the clone. When shuriken is moving towards his sensei's clone he uses his chakra to enlarge the shuriken, shuriken strikes with the clone, cuts it into half brutally and sends him flying.

1. Biggest disadvantage is, it isn't stand-alone technique and I need to start with shuriken jutsu separately, and hence need total two moves for this technique.
2. String isn't invisible, so enemy with 'good vision', can cut it and get rid of this jutsu.
Ways to counter this technique:
1. Just like I said above enemy with good vision, can get rid of this jutsu by simply cutting string. For that purpose employing long range techs can be a big advantage.
2. Another way is using Kagemane, one can use shadow of the shuriken to divert it in the other direction, and meanwhile cutting down the string and getting rid of jutsu.
Combinations and strategies:
1. It can be combined effectively with shadow shuriken jutsu making it even more difficult to evade.
2. One can use it as a 'preparation jutsu' for next jutsu, that is suppose for next tech, I want enemy to be at long range, then it is possible to do so, by putting him in the long range by employing this technique first.
Demonstration:
Itachi takes out the shuriken. Attaches string to the shuriken and throws it towards enemy which is his sensei's clone, he then uses one more technique to make the technique even more better,

1. Best way is attacking my opponent and not giving him enough of prep time to spray them tags, and once I decrease the number of tags, I can track them down using my sensory abilities or dojutsu.
2. Another effective way is changing shape of ground, i.e. using Doton techniques, to take down all the paper bombs from the place where I suspect tags are.
Combinations and Strategies
1. The most effective way is combining it with doton techs, that makes it possible to change the ground of structure and attack my opponent by taking out the tags from the ground.
2. Another effective way is leading my opponent to the place to the spot where tag is placed, it can be done by various other deflection techs.u_u
Demonstration
Itachi first takes out five explosive tags. Then he channels chakra through them and hides them around his sensei's clone, then once the clones steps up in the area near his explosive tags, he explodes them harming him.

1. It is difficult to evade as my opponent is throwing weapons all around the ground but I can defend against it by using elemental defenses.
2. Also using my set of weapons against weapons thrown at me is also a good move.
Combinations and Strategies
1. It can be used along with taijutsus especially those which require me to be in the air. I can use this technique prior to my taijutsu move. It causes damage along with good opportunity for next taijutsu move.
2. It can be used as a good opening move to set up my weapons, then using shadow strings or other D-Rank ninjutsu moves, I can attack my opponent from blind point.
Demonstration
Itachi takes out few kunais and few shurikens and moves towards his opponent, which is his opponent's clone in this case. He then jumps in the air and spins at high speed while throwing weapons at his opponent. As a result, clone goes poof.

Use a scroll and rotate it around you and at the same time use your chakra to have a lot of spiked balls burst form the scroll so they strike my clones.
