Well as we know Juubito is completely overpowered.
Even Hashirama says he is stronger than him.

But what we have yet to see from the protangist side is the power of the Kyuubi
I feel like Minato will do some uzumaki sealing techs to do more "miracles" of yin/yang release of Kurama.
(After all Obito himself did some sealing techs to seal the Juubi, so now it's time for Minato to preform sealing techs)

Next thing you know, all the Hokage's and Gokage's will have Kurama's Chakra, able to balance out the antagonists, but I also feel like Sasuke will also add a bit of black flames to the mix, not to mention his kyuubi cloak power up might be on a different level

well Juubito + Madara > alliance + kages + edo hokages
so adding kurama to the alliance side of course will bring it back to balance, come on now what do you propose the alliance will do to overcome the antagonists?

Eh, I don't think THIS will happen. But I like it.
I think Minato will give the rest of his power to Naruto so he finally harness Karuma's full power and take on Juubito with a mixture of Sage Mode and Nine Tails, some help from Sasuke, and probably some support from Sakura in one way or another.

with half the chakra pool and trash shinobi getting carried by naruto? edo kages + sasuke + alliance + 2x the kyuubi chakra is 1000000x times stronger.
