-Difference between BM and BSM might not be enough to warrant a jump in tiers.

-BM Minato should probably go down a tier.

-Kinshiki is waaaay too high. At best he goes in Tier 9 or 10. His best feat is cutting a Mountain Sized Shinju, so that'd put his DC a bit above EMS Sasuke's, but nowhere near Naruto's or Madara's. He has no Avatar so he has no way to defend against large scale attacks. Matter of fact, he goes no higher than 10.

-Orochimaru and Kabuto w/ ET aren't a tier above Hashi and Madara. If Oro has control of Hashirama for this he can stay where he is, but if he doesn't then he moves down to Tier 8. BM Minato is his strongest and the rest are non factors. Kabuto should be in Tier 10 with Hashirama and Madara if he has control of Edo Madara. If not then he plummets to 9. Quantity=/=Quality, and the majority of Kabuto's army are fodders. That along with Kinshiki being moved means that Tier 6 shouldn't even exist.

-Gai, Edo Itachi and Edo Tobirama need to move up a tier.

-Kabuto needs to move up a tier. (w/o ET)

-KCM Minato needs to move down a tier.

-The Last Naruto needs to move down a tier. He's around his War Arc self's level but he's not a tier above it. SM has too many advantages that Base doesn't give him. Not to mention SM Naruto's firepower>>>>>Base Naruto's firepower. He might have to come down two tiers.

-MS Kakashi needs to come up to SM and MS Sasuke's level. So does Sick Itachi. So does Kisame.

-Gai can also come down from 5 to 7. Put anyone in that tier in his place and they would do just as well as he did against Madara given the condition that Madara acted the EXACT same way. Well, Madara wouldn't since he can't hurt Obito.

No, That's Base. The Last SM Naruto was put in EMS Sasuke's tier. Not sure how accurate that is though since no one knows anything about him.

Make sure I got this right. Theres basically 2 diffrent versions of TL Naruto. The one that actually fought in the movie, which was given a massive nerf in some form.

Then the unerfed one before the encounter with Toneri which is just RSM + 2 years of training.

Nah. OP listed base naruto and BSM naruto from the last. The unnerfed naruto would be naruto in RSM, but since it wasn't used in the movie, "the last" usually refers to BSM and below.

Some of his new feats is that he can instantly form throw and guide rasenshuriken with one hand in base and greatly improved taijutsu.
