Tier List 2014

Overall, this is one the better lists I've seen on this site.

- Gai easily is Demigod-tier.
- Juubito wasn't God-tier; moreso Demigod-tier.

it looks like gai is down for the count and madara is still standing so that means gas outlasted. I don't know why you are even arguing this. Whether Godara could hit gai doesn't matter and whether he was lucky doesn't matter what does matter and what is a fact is that madara's durability held up long enough for gai to exhaust his 8th gate and die( naruto saved him so he didn't die.)

And why is Madara still standing from an attack that himself said could have killed him? The only reason Madara is still alive is because right now is the main villain, or else the same kick that was on purpose aimed to his ribs would have been aimed to the middle of his chest and that's it for the war and his "outlasting".

I think there are to many categories. Overall I like it, I think gaara, deidara, suigetsu should be moved up. So should Sm naruto by one tier.

current Naruto and i guess by extension current Sasuke are above juubito, by a healthy margin considering how naruto did juubi madara. so they need to be on god tier level. lol at Hiruzen, his hype has been retconned and he needs to be moved down to high kage. otherwise it's a pretty good list.

Hiruzen should be moved down. Kisame should be moved up imo.

People keep on complaining about pt1 Itachi, but considering he was the strongest shown character in pt1, had decent feats, and he had the highest score in the databook...I agree he was low kage level. And healthy Itachi does apparently exist according to Zetsu, so he's not fanfic like other users have stated. You placed Itachi pretty well in this list.

On Nagato though, there isn't really a healthy Nagato other than the one that was a teenager, considering how much the Rinnegan drains him and that he was crippled since the moment he saved Konan from Hanzo's attack. But if he were healthy, he would be were you placed him.

Other users also posted that Kakashi, Shisui, and Danzo can one-shot anyone, but they cannot. Kakashi's kamui takes quite a bit of time (could not kamui away slow-moving Obito who was on life-support through BZ and 20ft away) and he doesn't always have the best aim (wanted to kamui away Juubi's head...got it's arm). Shisui could only use his KA once a decade and you could cause him to waste it on a clone. Danzo could use it every several hours at a time, but that was only due to having Hashi's DNA and he still got beaten. None of those techs are true one-shots, no tech in the series is. I agree where you placed Danzo and Kakashi.

Overall, this was a very decent list for where you placed the characters in their respective categories.
