Good list, my thoughts:

-Naruto and Sasuke would be higher.

-Hype Hiruzen should be lower, atleast few tiers. Being on par with BM Naruto, Hashirama and DSM Kabuto with Edos? Or 8th gate Guy when 8th gate stated to be above hokage level during his reign? Way too high, he does not have much to speculate.

-Hebi Sasuke at same level with Orochimaru? He outright admitted inferiority.

-Part 1 Itachi had too little feats to be a kage level.

-6th gate Lee with Asakujaku whoule be more than enough to be on same tier with Konan and Chiyo.

-Chouji can be high jounin.

-Immortal arcs Naruto seems to high to me. He had FRS which was severely harming him.

-Kimimaro is high jounin, up there with Zabuza or Temari. Kid Kakashi is barely ounin and that's only by title hype. Kimimaro and kis Kakashi being on par is too far fetched.

-Sasuke and Naruto at bell test were legit genins. Sasuke have seen as a chuunin level shinobi at 3rd rounds of CE, which he made great improvements since Land of waves in speed, taijutsu and an A rank jutsu.

-Sakura never breached chuunin level at part 1.

Also Naruto/Sasuke/Ashura/Indra aren't above Hashirama he is at least their level. Many people placed them too high because they look cool and its a new power but you all fail to pay attention to the fact that naruto said he wasn't going to beat madara alone but with sasuke as well which means separately they are half of a juubi jin and together their are equal or greater than juubi jin and hashirama is at least half of a juubi jin he should be in a tier with them. At the end of the day is power still trumps theirs mokuton > chakra/bijuu power.



Also you placed Killer Bee at high kage but not Kisame?


Also if bsm naruto is legendary then Ms/Rinne Obito is too since rinne/ms > bsm naruto, naruto has no way of touching obito and that goes for everyone who is in the tier legendary tier would have a hard time touching obito, and it took Godara for obito to admit he wasn't fast enough to warp before madara attacks so he should be legendary.



Also gai in 7th gate is when kakashi admitted inferiority to gai so gai 7th gate should be moved to the tier kakashi(kamui) is in.


I feel as though neji is high jonin but its debatable.



I think muu/2nd miz/kakashi(kamui)/7th Gate Gai should be moved up to high kage they have proved it or at least move killer bee and the 3rd raikage down to their tier simply because the 3rd raikage and killer bee would lose to them. The 3rd raikage & killer bee can't sense or see and invisible muu who would just appear and hit their ass with dust release. They can't touch 7th gate gai. They can't see through the 2nd miz mirage and stop a repeated assault of joku boy. Kakashi kamui and strategy skills is enough to set up the 3rd raikage for a kamui hit and killer bee v2 speed were read by a 3 tomoe sasuke so I know ms kakashi could read his v2 movements and if killer be transforms he would be hit with kamui because he is too large to avoid it.



This thread was a great idea and made at the perfect time I think and its tiers a great but I just had a few suggestions but like I said it greats.

Lmao Orochimaru edo tensie use > dsm kabuto's, since orochimaru uses hashirama's cells to empower edo tensei even more which is why tobirama was restrained and oro can bind them completely, he let them talk and be free willed because he needed them to help sasuke. Bm minato would still be restained by hashirama's cells as tobirama was and if he could have broken free he would have attempted to do so so no and obviously only a juubi jin would be greater than those 3 even without hashirama.

Naruto is not stronger than obito, not any carnation of naruto is stronger than obito.

Nagato when he and itachi were edo's traveling together placed them on equal footing saying with our dojutsu we could have ruled the world.


Danzo is not equal to ms sasuek, first off sasuke was already exhausted and physically bruised and batter from his previous clash with the kage. Sasuke was even capable of continuing to fight against kakashi and clash with naruto whereas danzo was not and gave up with a sealing tech because he couldn't hang with sasuke.

Gai had help even going into the 8th gate, if lee would have never saved gai he would have been dead and would've have never been able to use the 8th gate so yes gai with help nearly beat Godara.
