If I'm correct, Espada are ranked based on the power of their Reiryoku and/or Reiatsu. If that is true, then all of the Espada are deserving of their rank. If it is a power-based ranking system, then Ulquiorra should've been third and Barragan first, putting Coyote at second and Harribel at fourth.
