A Challenge thread from DemonicAvenger. I have to create a tier list from all the characters,
Stipulation 1: no characters that require Speculation are aloud. Meaning Healthy Itachi, Healthy Nagato, Sakumo, Ect. Ect. arn't allowed. To make up for this, I will use Edo Forms, such as Edo Itachi and Edo Nagato
Stipulation 2:Not allowed to use the same tier names or scaling that DA used in his thread. I have to start from scratch, also, multiple form of characters are up to my own discretion.
Characters forms: Instead of doing it by arc like DA, im going to do it by Transformation (you'll get it)
*Edo Nagato starts off as his cripple form, The tier takes into account him being able to reguvinate by absorbing a massive amount of chakra at one moment.
*Gaara (Desert), Means he's in a desert
*Danzo, Had to find a happy inbetween for without KA and with KA
