Tide pods technically aren't vegan. Tide is owned by procter and gamble, which is known to test products on animals.

Nice try tho. :mew:

When we buy actual food, do we really know what we're putting in our mouth?

Internet culture is intense and intricate. The tide pod thing was hilarious until 9 jake paul fans thought it would be a good idea to actually eat them. The fallout was the incredibly cringy news stories we've all seen. I absolutely hate when news anchors try and explain internet culture to their aging audience. Now I realize that no one asked for my opinion but hey I like talking about stuff I'm passionate about.

If you do your research or at the very least read the information provided on the packging then yes

question is,

do people normally do their research?Nope, just point fingers at others, as usual.

Product makers don't always list al the ingredients that went into making of the item. They are supposed to, but I'm sure they don't obey all the rules requiring them to reveal all the add-ons and ingredients.

No, but we can hold someone accountable since it was "ment" to be eaten. I dont think thats the case with tide pods

Unfortunately, that is all too true.

I just made that same mistake myself when i bought a bunch of Kombucha drinks.(I mean i took an empty box in the aisle and just stuffed them in there)
I didn't realize (didn't read thoroughly) that the drink provided 14500 percent of my B12 intake.
Needless to say i will probably have them for quite some time since i can't be drinking them everyday.

Dude. Look at those things. They were definitely designed to make mouths water. They know what they're doing.
