(Tenbun Bisento) - Destiny Bisento

Description: This bisento as seen in the image below, is about 1.5 meters long with a 30cm blade on the end. It was forged as a gift for the sage of the sixth paths, made from an unknown metal that made it indestructable. A special red leather bandage has been wrapped around the staff where the user will hold it, to help improve their grip.
Staff abilities:
Indestructable
(Fūton: Kujaku Senpūjin) - Wind Release: Peacock Whirlwind Formation (B rank wind) can be used through the blade on the staff and gains one rank when doing so and can go up to mid range.
(Fūton: Kaze Gaeshi) - Wind Style: Wind Return can be used through the staff like it was seen being used through a sword and gains 2 ranks when doing so, meaning it can send back A ranks and below.
Bisento can dispel a Raiton jutsu up to B-Rank once per battle (this is done by the user channeling his Raiton chakra into the staff and hitting the jutsu with it, which disrupts, dispels or stops the jutsu) and/or dispel/disrupt/stop 1 complete A-Rank Raiton jutsu once per battle (with the same principle).
Kenjutsu techniques can be used through the blade on the end of the staff as it was a sword originally that was forged into the staff but only to a certain extent. (Such as blowing wind on the blade, releasing a chakra wave ect)
Resctrictions:
-All abilities of the staff count towards the move count and don't require hand seals if the user is holding the staff on his hands.
-When used to counter 1 B-Rank technique it can only be used again to counter another B-Rank.
-While holding the staff in his hands, the user can't use genjutsu as their chakra will be continuously channeled into the staff when holding it, and so the user can't focus their chakra into the opponent to create the genjutsu as they would normally do.
-To wield the staffs abilities the user must have it with him either in hand or strapped to his back.
-The staff can only be wielded by The Pervy Sage; if someone else tries to wield the staff it will become blazing hot burning all the leather burning who ever is holding it.

To get into the mood

There was a change in the winds as his opponent entered the terrain. It was as even more apparent as Akuma felt an enveloping feeling around him that surrounded the area. Maybe a technique. It was also possible it had something to do with the tremendous life force his opponent exerted.
In a swift movement, the opponent throws a kunai aimed at Akuma. What tremendous strength..; however, the body movement certainly gave away the intention, as the kunai seemed to be aimed at Akuma's head. Loosening his body, Akuma bends forward and gets down on all four; like a drunk man incapable of controlling himself. As the kunai whizzed past above, Akuma already lunges towards his opponent on all four; like a wild animal getting up on his feet only after four steps. As he rises, he simultaneously flicks his fingers to release a swift blade of wind aimed towards the chest of his opponent intended to slice it clean. As the blade is released, Akuma doesn't stop his continuous movement and cartwheels towards right while circling his prey at mid-range, but right of the original position. A couple of steps after the cartwheel, he again gather chakra in his arms; but this time of raiton nature to release countless senbons out of reshaped chidori aimed at the body of his opponent. It would work as a paralyzing technique if opponent decides to avoid the previous

Description: This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materialises it into an near invisible weapon that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind. If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of small wind kunai, then this technique is akin to a virtually unavoidable longsword which can leave the target's body mutilated. Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.

Description: The user reshapes the Chidori in their hand into the form of countless senbon which are shot with a simple hand movement towards the target. The senbons are extremely precise and have the same numbing and paralyzing effects as Chidori, carrying enormous speed. As Akuma releases the a razor sharp blade of wind towards him, Hashirama smiles as he weaves a hand seal. When the wind blade closes in the distance, the Hokage inhales the wind technique into a seal in his throat, almost as if he "ate" the attack and left him unharmed. Hashirama notices his opponent was far from over however, as he sends a countless barrage of lightning shaped needles at him.
Again with a hand seal, Hashirama fills his lungs with air and releases the wind technique that he just sealed. Returning outwards from his mouth, he expels a massive blast of wind chakra that obliterates its way towards Akuma(and his little lightning senbons in its way). While that travels, Hashirama channels his mokuton chakra underground, causing 4 thick roots to emerge under Akuma's feet and quickly coils around his limbs & body which purposely was to hold him down, preventing him from moving as the wind blast shreds him apart.

A slight smile flashes across Akuma's face; evil and devious as the senbons collide with the wind- greatly weakening it. With his lightning specialty, Akuma instantly covers his body with whirling vortex of electricity that takes on the form of a dragon head. The dragon head shoots forward; overpowering the wind blast before his opponent performs any other technique. With a simple followup movement, Akuma releases chakra enforced mist from his mouth that blinds the opponent. However, due to living in Kirigakure under the thick mist, he can still see his opponent clearly. Once again, Akuma begins his movement towards the right side but while raising his hand up in the air to send electrical discharges into the atmosphere. Since the technique is fast on its own, he calls it down towards the location of his opponent giving him only a small time to spare between the mist and lightning.
(Raiton: Rairyu no Tatsumaki) - Lightning Release: Thunder Dragon Tornado

It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.

As Akuma shoots the lightning dragon to counter his wind technique, Hashirama weaves 2 hand seals and channels his life force energy forcefully creating a massive forest that grows in astounding speeds. The forest serves a few purposes, firstly is to sprout countless of trees between Hashirama and Akuma to block both of their line of sights, as well as a circle of overgrown trees with Hashirama at the center, acting as a dome-like barricade to protect from all sides. Lastly, barrage of trees surrounds Akuma's area (probably as you do your hidden mist jutsu)and begins binding him with overgrown roots before fully forming into a large tree, with him trapped inside its trunk.
With mist/dense forest in the field, neither Hashirama or Akuma could fully see clearly of their surroundings. However in Hashirama's case, he didn't need to. With his detection barrier previously activated, he can sense pretty much everything with a sizeable radius.
