I cant help but notice how underrated Deidara is, lets not forget hes the one who kicked off part 2, he was badass, unique, and strong.
For the power standpoint, he is easily top 25, even top 20 if not counting Otsutsuki and featless characters, he took out gaara, almost sasuke, and fought team gai and naruto and kakashi armless, lets not forget he was young af! He had potential to be one of the strongest rn had he stayed alive, plot took him out as there was no further use for him and to hype up Sasuke. But even Nagato called Deidara special, and said the akatsuki suffered a devastating loss after he died, Kisame himself also called him one of the stronger members, I would go as far to say I would place him above Kisame and Sasori (who are both underrated themselves), A and Killer B, and Jiraiya (dont bash but what could Jiraiya do to stop Deidara? honestly). Besides what the Akatsuki spoke for him, just look at his abilities, if he has enough clay he could easily level countries, hes a powerhouse, and would prolly be one of the few characters who are fit to take on armies/groups. As for one on one, he also has nano bombs and claymines that could easiy take out even the most proficient enemies. All in all I feel like hes one of those old school shippuden characters who people forget how dominant he once was.
