Alive tobbirama solos alive madara. Tobbirama can't be beat really only plot restricts him he has FTG so he can teleport right behind madara and stick him there is no way around right and has shadow clones so he can set up some combo to do so he can always have EDOs fight for or with him

Hashi got behind because Madara switched his sharingan off. In order to stab Madara you have to force Madara to use up all his chakra so he cant build up any more EMS or Susanoo. In order to achieve the same feat, Tobirama has to fight Madara on equal term for hours until Madara has no more chakra. Hashi was able to do it with wood dragon and shinsusenju. But Tobirama wont even last 5 minutes against a full powered Madara.
