Senpō Kawazu Naki + Fighting Tongue Slash takes Tsunade out whether she has Byakugō activated or not. While Ma and Pa are doing that, Jiraiya can focus on Orochimaru and his incoming attacks. From there on, Orochimaru is utterly outclassed. Although he's hard to kill, SM Jiraiya has more than enough firepower to defeat him.
