Three way deadlock

So the three way deadlock summoning is called that because snakes kill frogs, frogs kill slugs, and slugs kill snakes. However i have never seen or heard of a slug killing a snake. I know people are going to say " its just plot", but do you realy think katsuyu can kill manda.
