If you could choose any three characters and captain to lead that three man cell who would you choose. Preferably a senior member as captain and doesn't have to be the strongest characters necessarily but the most effective together ( learning, cooperating and complimenting one another). Some reasoning as to why you think they would be good together or what they bring to the team.
I would go Minato as team captain
Naruto, Sasuke, and Itachi as the team.
Minato is extremely smart creative well versed using creating and teaching jutsus and techniques. He even taught the third and juraiya justus and seals.
Itachi May be just as creative and smart as minato on battle tactics and breaking down opponents fighting styles and weaknesses. If they had to split up great second in command.
Sasuke as we saw in the kabuto fight they can defend and work excellent with one another having alot of the same moves and enough differences and approaches to battles to keep opponents off guard.
The same way sasuke fights hard for and with his brother naruto would look up to and learn from his father and itachi as we saw with the edo pein fight and the boost and calm that came from naruto meeting his father. Look how well he has turned out with teachers he had imagine him having minato around to groom and teach him.
