suiton in no way counters sasuke's chirori katana. but either way he would just use his enton sword to beat the water.

sennin mode wouldn't prevent one from being crushed by a susanoo hand. hirashin needs a mark to teleport to. and running is considered a loss. not to mention tobirama would fail to damage sasuke's ribcage
