I agree most threads are wack nowadays and you do bring up a interesting point although i can only assume kishi did not bother with him trying to master it to keep the pace of the manga as he still has much to write.As for the shadow clone no not everyone can use it.It was a kinjustu that was in one of the forbidden scrolls naruto took in the beginning of the series
