My bio is in the updates as you probably have seen. It's essentially the same as my approved melanie bio with all the tattoo's and things that are sealed within my body. Thus i'll RP with it.

In the midst of the nightly forest, the Regent, clad in his uniform stands before the young purple haired kunoichi before him. Though his omniscience allows him potential metadata, he refrained from using his abilities as per a test of his valor without them.
"Thank you for agreeing to meet a perfect stranger like me on such a short notice." The Regent said. "I'm truly grateful."

"We're both strangers to each other my dear but that's beside the point." The Regent tightened the gloves on his hands. "All I want to do is to test something..."
Just after the Regent said that, he moved his fingers (left hand) to the center of his chest making the one handed, seal of confrontation (or half tiger) just as he began to run. With the seal as the initiator, before Sakeo's eyes, the Regent disappeared as if his speed had a sudden jolt and he appeared behind her. However, the mistaken speed jolt and re-appearance of the Regent was an illusion. Maintaining the air of stealth, without wavering his hand seal, he uses the seal again, however to activate a second illusion layered on top of the first one as he used. All the while with his free hand, while he ran toward Sakeo, the Regent reached for his chakra blade on the left side of his hip. He'd grab the handle and swung it horizontally as he released his chakra into it to extend the handle to release a katana length stream of blue chakra in the shape of the blade. The second illusion cast upon Sakeo would render her perception of range to the Regent's whim. Within the first illusion she sees the Regent appear behind her and with the second layered shortly after she's see him drawing his blade and swinging at her one meter away, as if she still had time to defend herself. Both illusions are concealed well with the actions of the Regent, his sudden burst of speed mixed with the drawing of his chakra blade may cause the young girl to believe his seal was to initiate his sword draw, or at the very least a technique that increased his speed. However, he'd swing mid-section in attempt to bisect the lovely figure before him while she wondered in the illusion.

Description: The user runs forward at the target, and makes one handseal, casting an illusion on a single target. To that person, it appears as if the user has put on a burst of speed and vanished, appearing behind him and attacking the target physically. In reality, however, the user is merely hidden from the target's sight due to the Genjutsu and is still in front of them, allowing him to quickly attack before the target realizes he is in an illusion.

Description: The user makes three handseals, casting an illusion on a single target that causes that target to see the user one metre closer to him than he really is. Although this is useless in terms of avoiding most Ninjutsu or Genjutsu, it is very useful in causing Taijutsu or Kenjutsu users to swing at the air one metre in front of the user's real position, safeguarding the user from damage.
