just a quick suggestion
i find it a little troublesome when i reply to a thread and then someone replies to me and i don't find out about it unless i keep my eye on that thread.
would it be possible to get something on the site that informs you when someone replies to your reply?

Other than that, I'm not sure you can do something that alerts you when your post is replied to in Vbulletin

At the top of the thread you have 'Thread Tools'. Click on it and then click on subscribe to thread.

You will get an update in on the mainscreen of your user CP when there's a reply.
