^You should try this (though you're probably referring to General Discussion or Chatterbox).

General Discussion, Chatterbox, Konoha IT Centre, Sports, Music, etc. are all non-anime/manga related. You'd have to be more specific, but like I said, just follow the instructions in this guy's post.
