Thread moved into another thread?!

Yesterday I created a thread of memes I made using an image of Gedo Mazo from yesterdays manga. This morning, I couldn't find it in my "View Your Threads" page, so I figured it was deleted by mods for whatever reason. However, upon revisiting some of my posts yesterday I found that my thread had been moved into another person's thread, as well as some of the replies from that original thread... How does that even happen?! Has this happened to anyone else? Is there anything I can do or someone I can contact to fix it?

i get that things get cluttered and mods have a job to do but the least they could do is let you know when theyre gonna mess with something. it just gives off the vibe that they dont even feel like you deserve an explanation. thats pretty arrogant if you ask me

I agree they can move it, but it does a disservice to both me and the guy whose thread it got merged with. Why couldn't they move it into its own thread on another forum, rather than screwing things up for that guy who was completely uninvolved?

Consider it deleted. I will remove those posts. Do not post such random threads in Naruto manga. Chatterbox is a better choice.

As for merging the threads- usally it is done when people ignore the forum rules and keep posting mutiple threads on the same /similar topic and won't listen to warnings. We delete those threads or move and merge them together, as we see fit at the time.

Sometimes a thread on a totally different topic may get accidently tagged along with other threads and merged unintentionally. You can contact a mod from the section in such a case, state your reasons and ask if it is possible to unmerge it.

But keep in mind that it may not be practically possible to do so in many cases and it wouldn't even be worth the effort.

That guy Versuivo is the owner of the site and posted that prediction and discussion thread for the latest chapter so that people keep their posts in it, which apprantly most of you ignored. :sy:

Disservice is what you guys do by posting over 100 threads on a topic which should have been posted in that sticky thread to begin with.
