Appearence
Thranduil has always been described as being incredible handsome and strikingly fair, by many who lay their eyes upon him. He is, like most Elves, 8 ft tall, slim but with a very toned body. He has blue eyes that are like that of the ocean and long white hair that reaches down to the center of his back. When he's not ready for combat or relaxing at him, he wears a crown of woodland flowers, or autumn berries and red leaves, according to the season, and always wearing relaxing ropes of green, blue, white or other different colors of nature. Being near immune to illness he never fears getting cold so doesn't have to worry about thick clothing which allows him to be more agile.
When it came to battle, Thranduil has a very unique armor. He has a long silver and blue robe that covers his entire body. He has a hood on the back that can come up and cover his face. It's the type of fabric in the hood that he can see out of but stops others from seeing his facial expessions. It helps gives the element of surprise and people can't always see where his eyes are so they don't know who his next target is. He has a long silver cape that covers his back to show he is one of the Lords in the elven realm. He has armor of unique and thin design which almost comes off looking like pure silver. He can be seen to have two elven longswords, which are situated on each hip, which combine to make his custom weapon his bow (submitted as a CW for the clan, he always carries this).

Personality
Thranduil lived in atunement with nature, wearing a crown of woodland flowers, or autumn berries and red leaves, according to the season. His banner was green in colour. He loved the forest, though it was dark and dangerous in many parts; and enjoyed hunting and feasting among the trees with his people. He was distrustful of strangers for the most part, although he had business dealings with the men of Lake-town. He was mostly unconcerned with affairs of the world beyond Mirkwood unless a common enemy was shared or for trade with "their kinsfolk in the South, or . . . Men in distant lands."
Although his concern was primarily for his realm, the memory of the end of the Second Age and what lay outside his borders haunted him:
But there was in Thranduil's heart a still deeper shadow. He had seen the horror of Mordor and could not forget it. If ever he looked south its memory dimmed the light of the Sun, and though he knew that it was now broken and deserted and under the vigilance of the Kings of Men, fear spoke in his heart that it was not conquered for ever; it would arise again.
He had a particular fondness for white gems and wanted to acquire more: "if the elf-king had a weakness it was for treasure, especially for silver and white gems; and though his hoard was rich, was eager for more, since he had not yet as great a treasure as other elf-lords of old." Despite this weakness, he was wise and would not wantonly go to war, risking his people's lives, over treasure. This was evidenced when the Elvenking said, "long will I tarry, ere I begin this war for gold . . . let us hope still for something that will bring reconciliation."
Thranduil had his halls delved underground, fashioned partly in memory (it was said) of the mighty, but long-lost, Menegroth of Doriath. In north-eastern Lothlorien, also known as Mirkwood, they were near the Forest River behind great, stone gates. The Elvenking was the only Elf-lord to protect his realm without the aid of a Great Ring; however, he had an Enchanted River in his forest, it was said, which could cause one to sleep and dream deeply, whilst the Elvenking's Halls served as a fortress.

Will of Fire
The Leaf Heritage: The Will of Fire & The Will of Darkness (Konoha Isan: Hi no Ishi & In'utsu no Ishi)
Type: Supplementary
Rank: N/A
Range: N/A
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage: +10 or +15
Description: More than a technique, ability or skill, the Will of Fire and the Will of Darkness are, instead, teachings and philosophical beliefs that induce specific ways of teaching and acting towards the protection of the Village.
The will of fire is an idea taught to and carried by all members of Konoha. It is the belief that only through love, understanding and decisive action can true peace be acquired, though never by attacking others and rather by protecting something the individual holds dear. The belief is a spiritual heritage that was created by Hashirama Senju and passed down to all the villagers and shinobi of Konoha. Shinobi who carry this belief love the village with all their heart and will fight to protect it even against the most significant odds. It gives them the strength to keep going even when the situation looks grim. When defending the village the Will of Fire gives the shinobi of Konoha the extra strength needed to defeat the invading forces and the will power to continue the battle after receiving damage, ensuring the Will of Fire is never extinguished.
Can only be used by members of Konohagakure who embody the Will of Fire.
Only usable when defending the village from external threats.
Normal members receive a +10 damage boost as well as a strength and speed boost equivalent to one rank (based on the NB ranking system). So for example a Jounin would gain the strength/speed of an S-Class Ninja, a S-Class Ninja would gain the strength/speed of a Sannin).
Normal members can continue after being hit by one B-rank or below attack but lose the bonus damage, speed and strength.
The Hokage and Village Officers receive a +15 damage bonus and strength and speed increased by one rank.
The Hokage and Village Officers can continue after being hit by one A-rank or below attack, but lose the bonus damage, speed and strength.
If the villager is fighting inside the village walls (Inner Village and Hokage Mansion) he gains access to an additional 10% chakra points.
A member of Konoha must make a notice in their biography's history as to which Will the character has inherited. This must be the same for both biographies.
The antithesis to the Will of Fire, the Will of Darkness is a school of thought that was developed by Shimura Danzo during the reign of Hiruzen Sarutobi and taught to the members of the Root (Ne). He instilled this will within members of his Root organization so that they would be able to carry out their missions successfully and without failure. The Will of Darkness holds the belief that one must protect what he loves by aggressive action and the destruction of all potential threats, no matter the moral cost or context. Where the Will of Fire is based on the defense of the village, the Will of Darkness is based on the attack of its enemies. After his death and the dissolution of Root, his will spread into other Konoha shinobi as former root members began to integrate themselves back into normal village organizations. People who have committed themselves to this school of thought understand the need to eliminate threats and do things that may be considered amoral for the greater good. As a result they battle without hesitation and with a greater ferocity when committing acts of aggression than those who adhere to the Will of Fire.
Can only be used by members of Konohagakure.
Only usable when attacking another village or enemy in accordance to an official mission.

History
About 40 years ago in the Land of Gondolin, the Elves had lived in peace for many years since the fall of Morgoth. During this time a young elf by the name of Thranduil, son of Oropher, founded Greenwood the Great. This was a small settlement to the far north in the Land of Fire, and it was made during what would later be known as the Second Age of the Noldor. During the Second Age, Thranduil a young and vigorous elf and his father fought together in the Battle of Dagorlad, a long forgotten place only found in the libraries of the elves. Here Oropher was slain and Thranduil returned with roughly a third of the army that had marched to war. Here in Greenwood he claimed his inheritance and later inherited the title of King of the Woodland Realm, King of the settlement to the north.
At the beginning of Thranduil's reign, the Woodland Realm encompassed almost the entire northern forests of the Land of Fire, but as time passed the shadow of the ninja world and those with ill intentions advanced, and the Greenwood grew dark and became known as Mirkwood to the other elves. It became infested with ninja, people and creatures with ill intentions. Soon Thranduil was forced to retreat and leave Mirkwood behind, traveling south to the home of the elves, Lothlorien. During his first time in Lothlorien, Thranduil only walked among the people that had settled with him in Mirkwood (Northern Land of Fire), and soon assisted a young man by the name of Bard. A quest that Thranduil had to endure, he wished to regain something that had been taken from him by the people of the land of Earth. They had stolen white gems that shined like pure star light. To him they were worth more than any other object in the entire world. However when he marched north to reclaim the gems he soon found that his senses would trigger just before a great calamity would occur. As the ill intentions grew almost instantly, the world around him was engulfed in fire, as a great serpent, a beast of fire and shadow; a dragon. This magnificent creature came down upon him like a raging storm of fire, cutting through solid rock like it was butter. The dragon was guarding the entrance to a cave nearby. It was there he would find his gems. However first he had to defeat this beast, a monster summoned by an unknown foe. When the fire and the shadows had disappeared, the dragon was lying on the blood soaked and burned ground, its stomach torn open by Thranduils blades, and its head severed from its body. He entered the cave soaked in blood and there he found his prized gems, his conquest had been complete.
Returning to Lothlorien, he arrived around the same time as Ilúvatar, it was a quiet night, making it strangely unneasy, as normally there would be several elves guarding the borders. The clansmen were putting up a hell of a fight against the enemy, and he knew Ilúvatar would be in the center of the village fighting. Thranduil arriving in the center of the battle witnessed the beginning of the battle between Ilúvatar and Sauron. This just before he was attacked by a massive shadow of flames and darkness sprung from the earth infront of him. The beast hurled a massive blade of darkness and fire towards him. Thranduil ran towards the flames drawing his blades, as he barely managed to slide under the thrust of the fire, combining his blades into a powerful bow, releasing a massive arrow of pure light and energy, sending it straight up and into the skull of this beast, sending a surge of light through it. When Thranduil came out on the other side, the beast had fallen and the battle seemed to have been won, him and Ilúvatar stood victorious and prepared to bring the elves into a better world.

Other Information
Katon Mastery
Having mastered the fire element so profusely along with his KG, the Holy Fire, Thranduil became a great master of the element being able to create any fire jutsu with a single handseal.
Raiton Mastery
Due to his main clan ability revolving around light within the holy fire, Thranduil became a master of the lightning element associated with that of light. Hes able to perform lightning jutsu twice as fast as normal ninja and doesn't feel the full paralysis effect of raiton due to this.
Taijutsu Proficiency
The Elves are strong and taller than normal men anyway. But having mastered Taijutsu (Basic) as well as an ancient art known as Kung Fu, Thranduil became a taijutsu master in other elves eyes, as he loved to fight up close in combat to be able to truly get a feel for them as a person.
Intent Sensing
Through many years Thranduil has faced many threats and evils, and have become incredible skilled with one of the simplest abiities within the clan, Intent Sensing. This form of sensing allows Thranduil to sense naything with the intent to harm, destroy, kill or do anything that is not seen as pure towards him or anything in the surroundings. Simple as it is, the elves can sense something intended to harm them like fireballs and spikes, however Thranduil being incredible skilled within this field allowing him to sense the intent for harm incredible well, it must be noted that no elf, not even Ilúvatar is able to sense things that are not intended for harm like shields and walls. One more thing to be noted the Intent Sensing not only allows someone to sense the attacks, but also the intent of a person, if someone has ill intentions aiming to harm you or anything of the likes, and is trying to sneak up on you or is trying to persuade you, Thranduil and the other elves can easily see through these foul intentions.
Toad Summonings
Thranduil having befriended the toads of Mount Myoboku long ago, he has a kinship with them, and their friendship extends as far as him being allowed to summon them at any time, even in combat. He enjoys the company of Ma and Pa from time to time, and enjoys practicing and training with them.
The Way of the Tomahawk
An Art developed and designed by Thranduil, allowing him to use a unique form of axes known as Tomahawks in combat, utilizing up to 5 at a time to deliver swift and dangerous blows as well as throwing them with incredible accuracy due to his vision as well as his abilities within the clan.
Arctic Earth
Unlike other elves, Thranduil has a unique and dangerous power known as Arctic Earth (Co-Creator), which allows him to turn the earth and plants around him into a frozen wasteland and grants him incredible power.
