Thoughts on Naruto Vs Sasuke final fight.

This is not about who won/lost. Since naruto could'nt move after they woke up, why did he not start absorbing sage chakra to heal himself, and maybe heal sasuke too not knowing if they would bleed out before help arrives. I guess they wanted to make sakura feel relevant. Any other thoughts on this?

Don't you need to do that hand sign (the one that looks like your praying, not sure of name) to absorb natural energy so naruto wouldn't of Been able to then with one arm

He doesn't need the had sign. He just needs to be still because of the high amount of concentration required. When he was immobilized by preta path pain, all he needed was to stop resisting the guy and started absorbing sage chakra. He could have done the same while lying there waiting to bleed out.

What do you mean absorb sage chakra ? Naruto's body was completely depleted like Sasuke so he didn't have the physical energy to absorb NE

Naruto couldn't absorb sage chakra in his state. And since when does sage chakra heal people?

I agree with you that he was in a depleted physical state to absorb sage chakra, but I thought sage mode helps the user recover faster from physical damage and lessen pain? I can't really get the exact fatcs now but here's what i found

Is the recovery here different from healing? I remember the sage toad mentioning something about this during naruto's training at mount myoboku, and for some reason (which i think is sage mode), naruto was able to recover and withstand the kyubi rampage against pain since he was shown in sage mode immediately after the rampage.

Sasuke could simply use Petra path on naruto to heal himself, he did not need sakura

Naruto shouldve used sage mode during the taijutsu and without it still rofl stomped sasuke into a wall
