Thoughts on naruto revolutions

Whats your thoughts on new naruto game do you love or hate and y

Well, its not out yet, so my opinion of the game is subject to change. But here are my thoughts on Revolutions based on the info they have provided so far:

I think Storm Revolutions is not worth the $60 price tag attached. The game is Storm Generations 2, or Storm 3.5. They are doing the same exact thing they did with Storm Generations; Storm 2 came out, and they immediately went into production with Storm 3, in that passing period however a branch of their development team broke off and developed Generations as a place holder game and to improve the fighting mechanics while the main team generated content. Generations had no story mode; it had anime cutscenes as a gimmick, but underneath those cutscenes were bland fight-after-fight-after-fights that were constructed and presented as a story mode. This is the same move they are doing now; not that its a bad move, but its the same thing. In other words, wait 6-8 months and they will announce Storm 4, which will have all the same mechanics and characters as this game, even more in fact, and a proper story mode that expands on the canon story line.

Bottom line, wait until the game goes down to at least $30, but at that point Storm 4 will already be on the way...

Ok I got alot of stuff to rant about yo. First off I hate the presentation or trailers and gamplay they giving us. Same thing every video or pic its either some stupid akatsuki filler anime or a stupid robot naruto gameplay. Second why! why! oh why! cant you give us what we really want. Upgraded move sets new character models (yea we see the copy and paste yo!) and somebody please tell them that adding new characters doesnt make this all go away! And last but definitely not least is the story they say they got for us.......yo.....its filler!! Ohhhhhh I can see all you uppety naruto fans now crowded around gamestop to pick out your new naruto game and play the story right where they left off. Nope! instead you will be suffering about 12 hours of filler featuring yours truly deidara the spam character of the century. So yea I dont got high hopes at all but you know me being a naruto fan Imma still go and buy it even though Im most likely getting 12 hours of pure filler instead of madara and obito kicking ass.

60 dollars is barely 2 days work minimum wage. They are making Brand new exclusive cutscene animations. New Team ougis for just about every character as far as i can tell. At least 20 new characters. remade characters. Its a sequel to the storm franchise -.- Its an anime game... What do you want from A storm sequel? Clash of ninja?

Based on this and how they are focusing on the Akatsuki you can assume that theyre going to end the game once they accomplish their goal. The moon eye plan.

Obito and Madara stuff is Obviously going to be released in the summer. Patience is a virtue -.-

But as a franchise i respect them. They follow the simple formula and know that people only want the same thing when it comes to sequels. Which is why they make millions every year. While you play their games and ***** about it..
