The manga seems to be going in the direction of a Madara Vs Obito fight . . .

I think Madara taking Kakashi's eye is a foreshadow to a possible fight . . .

It is possible for Zetsu to be removed from Obito in later chapters . . .

If Obito becomes unhindered . . .

It will be an Master vs Disciple battle for the Rinnegan . . .

I hope Sakura will be transported out . . .

It might as well be The final battle: The fall of Obito Uchiha . . .

Rinnegan+Sharingan Battle of the eyes!

I do not thinks this would happen. Obito asked Sakura to destroy his Rinnegan eye, because he is losing control of his body. This shap Obito would not be able to fight Madara.
