Thoughts about the direction of manga Hagoromo,Brother and Kaguya

Now that Madara is becoming more and more like Kaguya , He is going to eat the fruit and he also is the jinchurikki of 10tails. That makes him a ridiculously OP character. Until now we only knew that Kaguya only had one son who was the founder of ninshuu. When Naruto met SO6P he told him about his other brother which has no real connection to the series besides his name mentioned at the end of the manga. Madara now is basically the complete replacement of Kaguya.With three most powerful characters Madara, Naruto and Sasuke I'm starting to see NaruSaku more like Hagoromo and his brother in the position of the pic below.

Maybe Naruto & Sasuke will take one more final powerup. Why do you think Kishi hinted about Hagoromo having a brother ? Is there something more to this since the manga didn't have any place for another OP character besides Hagoromo and Kaguya ? Or is just Kishi kidding with us ?
