-Oro is up to no good, I didn't like that smirk ( well, I did ). Plus he isn't the type to take orders from Sasuke. Oh and I remember his ''I don't have enough power YET''
-So the scroll was really edo tensei ?
-How did sasuke know that Oro could enable him to meet the ones ? Or it was that jutsu that was in the scroll ?
-More importantly, if it was so easy to acquire the mask and undo the jutsu, why didn't Oro try to do it soo

take note of the place they are in ... why did the need to go to the naka shrine just to perform edo tensei and release the souls... couldnt it have been done in the uzumaki shrine... ? this leads me to believe that oro needed to be in the uchiha hide out for some reason...

not to mention he probs needed a host nearby as he has to be a sacrifice....

also the research he was doing on the shiki fujin might have only just been complete when sasuke attacked him and then oro couldnt perform his 'ritual' or anything

there are many possibilitys and limitations that we might not know of

The Uzumaki did invent the Shiko Fujin. Uzumaki's are the best clan when it comes to seals so it's an obvious thing.

The scroll was instructions on how to release sealed souls from Death God.

Sasuske wanted to know the truth about the past.

1. It wasn't easy, all the strong Ninjas are out fighting in the front lines with Naruto.
2. There were several Mask, I'm sure if choose the wrong one it won't work.
3. Having access to that shrine and sacrificing someone to let souls out is pretty hard don't you think?

Why is it so hard to have access to the shrine ? Oro managed to sneak up in the 2 stages of the chunin, he killed a kage, took his place, probably had tea and dinner with the hokage and no one noticed ****. He had hideouts in all the countries so I believe he could have gone to that shrine any time he wanted. And he already knew what mask to choose.
2- So it was the release jutsu that was in the scroll so Suigetsu was dumb to think that sasuke could do it. You need to be sacrificed (ie: die)
