Hashirama Senju possessed cells of amazing life-force. This, effects seems to stem the Jūbi, from when Rikudō Sennin was its Jinchūriki and perfectly divided its attributes among his sons. Hashirama, as the peak of Senju power, developed his structure or ability from the Jūbi or at least, an anatomy similar to it in regards to his cells being filled with natural energy. The energy here, since it is perfectly divided amongst the sons would timely intertwine with Hashirama’s life-force and amplify the effects of his chakra, allowing him to convert his chakra into a font of life. His healing ability could be a byproduct of natural energy as well and boost the vitality of his cells; causing them to redevelop near instantaneously. Basically, like Jūgo and Creation Rebirth, Hashirama’s cells may be a proponent of natural energy.
To recapitulate the various powers within this world, an object would have to gain two specific powers: Uchiha and Senju. These powers, to perfectly reclaim all the abilities that exist within this world have to modestly balanced themselves to be able to allow the user to bypass the natural limiters that exist not only within themselves, but in also in nature. Correct control over these powers, result in a harmoniously unification over both bodies and eyes; incomplete control results in either power protruding from the other, for, natural energy would make outweigh the other if the object is not perfectly attuned or adept at recognizing these forces.

Jūbi is an entity that created the world—it is the ancestor of everything that exists in the world—including chakra, consequently indicating that [aside from all living things possession chakra] all the major bloodlines and perhaps the lesser bloodlines are intimately tied to it. However, unlike all living beings in this world, Jūbi is a ‘pure’ figure of the earth and as such; it passively absorbs the force of the material around it. This force that exists within that material is the pulse of the world; the existing energy within the atmosphere and scenery or bodies of it; it is tied to the material of the world or products of the world that emits this energy. Jūbi can convert natural energy to chakra by simply altering its natural characteristics to that of chakra or creating chakra. Theoretically, this may be done by the passively absorbed natural energy amplifying the cells traveling through its anatomy and heightening the effects of its body—causing instability for defined moments. [The spiritual energy would become able to transcend certain boundaries and matter to be control through imagination. The physical energy would be subject to alterations, due to the body constantly surpassing its limit; possibly changes the appearance of the object—and only when calmed would these effects be subject to end.] Those effects create or created points that allow the energy to be manipulated; which are then once again bolstered by the Jūbi’s rapidly produced cells. These points then can be manipulated because of the abnormal unpredictability and succession rate that the cells are created, dwelling the time the Jūbi needs to build up chakra; inadvertently leading to the Jūbi’s consciousness instability and the telomeres in its cells being regenerated. The Jūbi’s abilities in the least do hold the characteristics of the planet when converted into chakra. [

Natural energy, when properly introduced into another’s chakra greatly strengthens all of user’s abilities. This is known as Sage Mode, and every style seems to have a different structure or framework: each differentiated from the other. I won’t delve into the attributes of Mount Myōboku as they’re already largely known.
Ryūchi Cave is a location of where the ability to passively absorb natural energy comes from; it is also where an object can undergo exercises to obtain Sage Mode. The pieces of information are tied to each other in the possible matter:

The people from this clan possessed bodies that underwent a change known as “Sennin Transformation.” These alterations in their bodies was a result from absorbing excess amounts of natural energy, which aside from the transformations, caused them to sporadically go insane or berserk. Natural Energy is the cause for this; this energy in two cases seems to invoke in its object mental instability, those cases being both the Jūbi and the clansmen of Jūgo. ] Resulting in an object or user capable of using an insane amount of ‘special’ chakra that erupts from their brain, but does so in a temperately way as to harm or strain its user, for the strain of the Mangekyō Sharingan ensues once it develops, the use of the eyes in this state forced the special chakra to be concentrated and pass through the eyes; stressing the organs responsible for their workings, and in matter destroys them. The Curse of Hatred is the special chakra skewing all rational from the users of the Sharingan, as the natural energy becomes pent up in their brains; leading to act in a similar fashion to that of Jūgo’s clansmen. But like their power, it can be learned to be controlled.

Natural Energy’s effects on Jūgo’s cells cause him to undergo Sennin Transformations that literally alter his physical capacities allowing him to transfer his flesh to those compatible with the effects of Sennin Transformations—in doing so—Jūgo transfers his cells and life-force to the object in question. This again, is done passively, and leads to the questioning of Creation Rebirth’s influence.

- Sharingan uses natural energy alongside the user’s chakra. The further the state of the eyes, the more devastating the effects become.
- Proper control and acknowledgement of nature is needed to completely attain the power of Rikudō Sennin Jūbi.
- Natural energy keeps the bijū away from the bucket.
- Hashirama cells are supplemented by natural energy, along with Yin Seal ability?
- Kamui is actually the moon [pure intuition].
