Second Mizukage vs Sasuke Uchiha
This thread is made to proove that 2nd Mizukage is a strong shinobi who could defeat many enemies. Please, read first because this thread has no use if you just comment on the title. I'm still a beginner in making this thread and don't be too harsh on me. This thread is open for a debate and I would love to start one. Second Mizukages's Abillities Hydrification Technique A protean, whole-body technique whereby the user liquefies their entire body at will, making it impossible to receive damage from physical attacks. From a single hair, to the skin and muscles, everything can be liquefied and solidified at will. Be it to evade an enemy's attack during a short range battle, to infiltrate a structure, or to launch a surprise attack in a liquefied state, this technique boasts a high strategic value. Applying this technique, the user can also modify their body parts for suitable situations. The Second Mizukage uses a mixture of both oil and water which was able to seep into Gaara's sand and nullify it. How 2nd Mizukage can use this ability against Sasuke: This techique is a perfect defense for all Sasuke's Fire Techiques. The only problem would be Amaterasu and Blaze Release. Being the strongest fire techique, Amaterasu can't be defeated easily. Using the advantage that Amaterasu burns slowly, 2nd Mizukage can merge with the water. He can just separate from the water, making all of the inferno stay on it. Being the Mizukage, it is highly posible that he can create himself a water source, making Amaterasu easier to figh with. Dealing with the Blaze Release would be the same, because it's just an advanced conltrolling power of Amaterasu. Hydrification Technique's great weakness is Lightning Release. But, not including 2nd Mizukage. His techiques is made of mixture of both oil and water. Oil, being the natural insulator for lightning, can't be damaged by Lightning Release. Another profit of this techique is that Susano'o arrows can't hurt the user. This makes Sasuke's main offence while using the Susano'o useless.

Steaming Danger Tyranny Steaming Danger Tyranny is the Second Mizukage's infinite explosion ninjutsu (無限爆破忍術, mugen bakuha ninjutsu) whereby he creates a clone — which resembles a chibi version of himself — made from the oil and water in his body. The water in the clone is surrounded by a thin layer of oil and due to this structure, the clone's temperature can easily be altered from cold to hot and vice-versa. When it exerts itself, the outer layer of oil heats up and evaporates the water inside. As the internal pressure builds, the clone expands until it violently explodes and the water vapour is released. This vapour then cools down as it rises and as a result, turns into hail that cools the clone, causing it to shrink to its original size and start the entire process again. How 2nd Mizukage can use this ability against Sasuke: This techique would be great to deal with Susano'o. It's posiblity to explode and explode constantly and it's size are a great distraction for Sasuke beacuse it's hard to deal with it. Even though it could not seriuously damage nor defeat Susano'o, it would be good enough for 2nd Mizukage to find a way to ambush Sasuke.

Mirage Genjutsu A wide-range genjutsu (広範囲幻術, kōhan'i genjutsu), whereby the Second Mizukage, in conjunction with his summon, is able to manifest realistic mirages using the mist exuded by the clam. As it is impossible for observers to distinguish from the real thing through normal methods, this property makes the technique ideal for concealing the actual location of either individual, resulting in confusion amongst the opposition as their attacks are rendered ineffective and they attempt to ascertain the pair's true positions. However, in order to maintain the illusions, the clam must continually exude the mist from its siphons, throughout the duration of the technique. How 2nd Mizukage can use this ability against Sasuke: Having such a powerfull genjutsu is a great advantage against a Mangekyō Sharingan user. Regular Sharingan user couldn't defeat this jutsu, while not being skilled enough in genjutsu. 2nd Mizukage can't hurt Sasuke with this jutsu, but it makes his (Sasuke's) trump card useless. Sasuke can see through this genjutsu, but 2nd Mizugake, being a skilled genjutsu user can defeat Sasuke's genjutsu. Sasuke could do something only if he'd have Tsukoyomi. Danzō stating that his powers are no where near Itachi's. Water Gun Technique Using the Hydrification Technique, the user forms a finger gun and fires a droplet of water at the intended target with tremendous force from their index finger, enough to easily pierce through a sand clone. How 2nd Mizukage can use this ability against Sasuke: You can's easily harm Sasuke while he's using Susano'o. But, using ther aforementioned Hydrification Technique and, 2'nd Mizukage could go beneath the the Susano'o and use this gun shot to seriously damage Sasuke, make him cancel the Susano'o and easily finish him. Previously mentioned Steaming Danger Tyranny would be excellent to give Sasuke a needed nuisance. |
Second Mizukages's Abillities
Sasuke's Abillities Mangekyō Sharingan First main technique that Sasuke learned to use when he got Mangekyō Sharingan was Amaterasu. When Sasuke first used it unintentionally on Tobi, his right eye took Itachi's Mangekyō Sharingan form. When he later used it on his own, they took his own Mangekyō Sharingan form. Various characters have implied that his skill with Amaterasu surpasses Itachi's, as he is able to both control and extinguish the flames with his right eye. Sasuke is one of the rare few Uchiha who obtained the ability to use Susanoo, which he can use in the same manner as his Cursed Seal, manifesting single parts at a time; the technique's development is dependent on Sasuke's extreme emotion, usually anger. Sasuke initially uses incomplete versions of Susanoo due to various reasons. During his fight with Danzō, he uses a more complete version, and demonstrates its ability to use different weapons. Later on, during his fight with Kakashi, he perfected his Susanoo into an armoured form similar to Itachi's. Unlike Itachi, Sasuke's Amaterasu comes from his left eye, and Tsukuyomi along with his ability to manipulate and extinguish the black flames from his right eye. The last ability Sasuke demonstrated with his Mangekyō Sharingan was a technique that manipulates the black flames of Amaterasu known as Blaze Release. How Sasuke can use this ability against 2nd Mizukage: Mangekyō Sharingan gave Sasuke great and unmachable techniques to many shinobis. Amaterasu, the strongest fire techique can burn almost everything and 2nd Mizukage's water can't stop it. It all depends if Mizukage could find a water source. But, even if he founds one, or makes one, he can't posibli do it as fast as Sasuke can throw Amaterasu flames. Sasuke has the greatest control over the internal flames, as he can evolve it into Blaze Release which is even faster and deadlier. Sasuke's ultimate defence - Susano'o is also a big advantage while fighting everyone. Man can't simply defeat it and 2nd Mizukage, while having no seriuous ninjutsu, can't brake through it. By counting on his exploding clone, 2nd Mizukage can't be sure if it will restrain Susano'o enough. It probably wouldn't.

Lightning Release After learning that Sasuke can also manipulate Lightning Release nature manipulation, hoping to deter Sasuke from using the Cursed Seal, Kakashi taught him the Chidori, made more effective when combined with his Sharingan. With this combination, Sasuke can punch through most obstacles with relative ease, as well as severely damaging any opponent during most uses. In Part I, Sasuke was limited to using the attack only twice a day, with a third usage after the initial activation of his cursed seal. In Part II, Sasuke was shown to be able to use the Chidori several times in one day. During their battle, A commended Sasuke's Chidori for being able to break through his Lightning Release Armour despite inflicting only minor damage. How Sasuke can use this ability against 2nd Mizukage: As stated before, Chidori-based Sasuke's techiques can't really har 2nd Mizukage. But, if he gets the chance to use Kirin, his strongest Lightning Release techiques, thing are very different. Kirin's distruction power and speed are too much for Mizukage to handle as it can reach the ground in 1/1000th of a second. Before using Kirin, you need to warm up the sky. Sasuke, as he knows how to use Amaterasu, can easily do it.

Fire Release As a true genius ninja and member of the Uchiha, Sasuke has great proficiency in Fire Release nature manipulation. By age 7, he had already mastered his clan's rite of passage technique, the Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique. Even Kakashi was amazed at such a feat as, according to him, Genin usually require much more experience and developed chakra to perform elemental techniques. He can also use his fire techniques in conjunction with his weapon skills. How Sasuke can use this ability against 2nd Mizukage: Sasuke can't seriously harm Mizukage with his fire techiques. But, they are perfect to distract an enemy. They use a small ammount of chakra and Mizukage has to transform himself into water (Hydrification Technique) to avoid it. Perfect chance for Sasuke, who is relatively fast. He can attack the Mizukage and it's a check mate. |
Sasuke's Abillities
Conclusion As stated in the title, 2nd Mizukage would win this fight. Constantly using Hydrification Technique which doesn't need much chakra to do it, Mizukage can totally exhaust Sasuke and even make his go blind from using too much Amaterasu. Steaming Danger Tyranny would give Sasuke a hard time to deal with. His would just spend too much chakra to use Susano'o and he would be used up, again. One of his strongest card - genjutsu, would be useless in front of a skilled genjutsu user like Mizukage, because Sasuke hasn't learned how to use Tsukoyomi. Breking the genjutsu would exhaust Sasuke, too. He wouldn't dare to use Kirin, because if he misses, he'd be without of chakra and couldn't use any Mangekyō Sharingan abiities. With Mizukage making other Fire Techiques useless and Lightning Release useless, he'd be helpless. Sasuke would give 2nd Mizukage a pretty hard time, though. |
