those who have multiple kage bunshin are very strong n skilled in my perspective because it takes a lot of chakra to do so.............look at naruto, edo-madara....these two are both strong skilled because they can create multiple kage bunshins...however, on my secound point..look at kakashi he makes one n thinks if i make anyone it'll be bad, but i have to LOL, it proves that those who can create tajhu kage bunshin are strong!

And by the way, Madara isn't using Kage Bunshin. Kage is shadow. Bunshin is clone. Madara is using wood clones.

But regardless of what type of clones, it's not easy so you do have to be pretty strong.

Madara is using Wood Clone ....
And u have to be pretty strong to be able to make multiples clones........

Well Konohamaru can do them and he is not super strong. He is not weak but not strong either
