Everyone is mis-underestimating these numbers 600 billion paper bombs thats almost 100 times the population of earth and you think someone can really survive that? The consequtive explosions will drain any naruto character of their stamina and it's enough for alot more than just 10 minutes of constant explosions any longer and it'd be unfair for tobi so they made it 10 mins.

IMO, I think only Tobi (w/izanagi)...Minato can prolly escape the blast, but not survived it. I think izanagi users are the only ones that can survive the explosion.

Tobi didn't have enough time to S/T because it takes him longer to suck in himself than it does other people. Also he is vulnerable while sucking in himself. That is why he remained intangible then used izanagi.

Yondaime could avoid using his instand FTG to go back home.

Its my opinion that "tanking" this thing is completely impossible unless you negate the damage ENTIRELY, like Tobi. Susanoo, Kakuzu's iron skin and the Raikages armor would all survive easily the first explosions, the hundreth as well, but after 600,000,000 explosions?
Their defenses would long since be dust.
