Sony showed a lot of games Incorporating VR at E3, and this is just some impressions from those who were able to experience them.

Those who plan on buying PS VR pls be careful

Well psychonauts is returning on VR so while I'm not too thrilled for VR I must buy it to support my game
I feel you :sdo: Its important to support your favorite series' otherwise the creators might end up seeing it as not profitable and it never come back again. >_> i mean its been forever since the last Psychonauts game.

Still with ppl claiming that Sony's VR has been giving ppl headaches and making them feel ill you should be careful

o_O I may just watch on Youtube lol.
I wish it was on console, VR is kind of a slap in the face especially since the psychonauts fanbase has been raving for years and wanting a sequel. Tbh I rather the game been on the vita over VR ;-;

I'm heavily interested in VR, but I'll be patient and wait for a couple of years for the hardware to get way less expensive and way more powerful and optimized at the same time.

I get sick in long car rides, rides that spin, and air planes, so I don't think VR is for me.
Well there are a lot of things to worry about when making a VR game. It's easy for your brain get disoriented whether it's through how movement is in the game, insufficient frame rate, and I think I heard something about some sparkling. And even then most games for VR aren't meant to be played for long sessions. Yeah I would rather sit this fad out as well. If VR develops, issues get resolved, and refined then I may give it a go, but not now

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's just a fad. Only people who are really into games would buy it and not even all of them, and so it will die out, imo.

Though I feel somewhat the same, I am trying to keep an open mind. :sdo: these console evolutions and advances in graphics cards all have VR at their center. So apparently a lot of ppl believe in it.

So I am just going to sip my tea and watch how things unfold :tea:

Watch them already be planning to make next gen consoles revolve around VR with a forced price increase.

Yep, but my next console is Nintendo as long as they don't screw things up. I won't feel secure getting a PS4, or an Xbox One.

That whole space is getting rather difficult and it's going to end up hurting developers. I just want something strong, simple, and stable

It won't die out, since the technology is not only made for games. Think about what else they could do with a headset that lets you "dive" into a different world. Movies made specifically for VR, concerts/festivals/sport-events that can be accessed with it if you can't or don't want to go there by yourself. Like, place a high-quality 360° camera somewhere between the fans and everyone with a VR-headset can view the event as if he/she was there in real life.

Yeah, that probably too. As far as I remember, there even was a place at E3 where they showcased erotism-VR stuff.
Seriously o_O I mean I knew that it was one of the main things ppl were looking forward to with VR, but I didn't think it was to the point that it'd make an appearance at e3

im not afraid of ghosts lolxD i figure by the time they lower the price to where i want to buy one, they should be further along. still if i come across it or the oculus i will try, so when VR is this huge overblown mainstream thing, ill have tried in the early stages and know the growth in experience

also imo VR is such a psychological and perception based experience, that its something youd have to experience. just because certain things happen to someone, doesnt mean it will happen to everyone. or just because its someones job to feel a certain way for their audience, doesnt mean its how ill feel
