He could do it in a Game of Thrones style where Senju, Uchiha, Hyuuga etc. fight and strategize to become the strongest and control the territory.

Lol why, this idea wont be a linear story like Naruto ,but it will also help develop other clans + no S06P stuff or Insane Ninjutsu fights just pure strategy like part 1 fights
