It will most likely be "previously on Naruto" and they show the rasengan is about to hit the mask then as it breaks the flashback appears.

This chapter mind****ed me. Why exactly was Minato's face shown even though he wasn't Hokage? Anyways, I loved it because of seeing a younger Anko, Ebisu, Ibiki, etc. It was cool.
