people sayin tsunade can kill oro wit one punch and oro has nothing is wrong.

Orochimaru was always the strongest, though Jiraiya would obviously be a tough match.
Tsunade stands no chance seeing how all her attacks lie in Taijutsu, which Orochimaru counters perfectly.
If I weren't on my phone I'd go into detail about the whole "Itachi was afraid of Jiraiya" business. But in short, Itachi lied to Kisame so they wouldn't kill Jiraiya, Konoha's then strongest defender. Itachi was always on Konoha's side.

Orochimaru is stronger than both. Normally I'd say it's a deadlock, but Orochimaru just seems to put them both to shame. Not only did he fight both of them with no arms and in excruciating pain, he held his own. Despite the fact that they were handicapped it wasn't near the level they were. Then there's the fact that his intelligence is well beyond theirs and he has been amassing power while they were either lounging around(Tsunade), or traveling(Jiraiya.)

If you're basing Jiraiya being on the level of Itachi meaning that he is better than Orochimaru, the sad disappointing fact for you is that Itachi is leagues above Jiraiya and any sannin. In fact, he'd lose even worse than Orochimaru. Orochimaru had extensive knowledge on sharingan and more skill in genjutsu but got stomped by basic three tomoe genjutsu and had his strongest technique trolled.

The problem with your post is the majority of it's bull%^&%.Orochimaru didn't fight them both and held his own.For the majority of the fight Tsunade wasn't fighting Orochimaru because she was from in shock of her own blood after Kabuto slice her.When she did join the fight against Orochimaru, the only thing Orochimaru did was gget plummet by Tsunade.Secondly, Jiraiya had a much larger handicapped then Orochimaru;Jiraiya fighting style is mainly ninjutsu, and he couldn't used any of his ninjutsu beside a weak and ineffective version of needle Jizo.This left Jiraiya fighting only using taijutsu, which gave Orochimaru the clear advantage seeing as Orochimaru is known for evasive maneuvering and even without his arms he can still used his Sword of Kusanagi and extend his neck.Furthermore, Oorchimaru intelligence may be well beyond Jiraiyas', but it's surely not above Tsunade.It takes far more intelligence to become a medical nin, especially a medical nin of Tsunade level, then just being a genius of the shinobi arms.Case in point, Orochimaru said during the Tenchi Bridge arc that Sasuke was an even bigger genius then he was at that age.Now think about that, who's intelligence is far superior to Sasuke in his age group? The answer is Sakura, a medical nin.
