Sasuke always has had getting penning behind his characterization. Nothing will ever alter that. I highly doubt Sasuke is behind Naruto in terms of power tiers as well, as Kisimoto's Yin/Yang pair statement still holds strong. Until I don't actually see anything to counter this statement, I will believe in it. I do agree with this thread. + rep.
