Yeah, the series seems to be over.

Juubi was defeated,
Madara can't beat all of them together and will probably die next chapter,
Sasuke will get his Hokage title,
Sakura got to be like Tsunade, she will become Tsuchikage as no one wants her in Konoha anyway,
Naruto will go roam the world and promote peace, after marrying Hinata,
Minato will finally acknowledge Itachi was stronger than him before disappearing,
Orochimaru will revive Tsunade and they then retire to leave peacefully in a quiet place,
Kabuto will finally get out of Izanami and will apologize for being an *******,
Kakashi and Obito will forever be stuck in an Infinite Talk-No-Jutsu,
The rest of the shinobi alliance will retire to become farmers or whatever,

...

the series will end with a scene set 300 years from now. An old Kiba, attached to the remains of the Juubi to stay alive, will stumble upon a half-crushed kid and will brainwash him into conquering the world. Then, a new Naruto comes forth.
