I love how quickly people are to call something unfavorable an ass pull or PnJ. This has literally been foreshadowed since Obito was unmasked.

Obito dies ; Kakashi receives a sharingan

Kakashi loses his sharingan ; Obito gets both sharingan

Obito dies ; Kakashi receives both sharingan

The fact that people didn't see this coming at least when Kakashi lost his sharingan is sad.

Also to the way Kakashi receive the sharingan. He didn't Kamui to Kakashi, it was simply a transfer of chakra. Look at the chakra cloak around him when it happens:

This wasn't an ass pull considering it has been foreshadowed for months.

Also, does this mean the series will definitely get a third part? Kakashi being the sixth hokage isn't entirely improbable. I could honestly see him being the sixth, considering Kishi teased us with it when Tsunade got put into a coma. I think he was testing the waters to see how fans would react to Kakashi potentially being the Hokage. If he is in fact the sixth, I doubt he would just time skip over it.

Yep, that is correct, it was just rushed but most of the concepts are in manga as evidence. As for the part three part, I honestly don't think he will continue it, maybe the timeskip is to establish something, who knows
