This war arc is really underrated (come here if you want to see the light)

The manga makes it a little bit slow whit the Obito flashback but when we saw it in the anime people forgot about
it because the anime makes up for the bad chapters with good animation and fast pace.

So imagine when we see the Hokages the juubi and madara transforming in the sage of paths
whit the good animation and shit even haters will be saying this is the best arc in naruto because lets gets real

people starting to hate naruto because of the fillers and that's why we fans got in the manga if not for the fillers we probably still be watching the anime what.

what i'am saying is the manga can't always give the same vibe the anime gives.
like remember what the anime did with the madara vs shinobi alliance it took it to an other level were the manga couldn't even compare .

so people should judge this war once it's fully finished and when the anime caught up U_U

the amount of times the anime has f'ed up moments i have wanted to see from the manga is beyond me like how when naruto attacked kisame in kcm for the first time it should have been an instant punch like in the manga yet the anime though it be a good idea to have a scene of narutos chakra flicker than show the punch which lost any and all impact the manga built

another time is minato vs Ay, that should have been a fast paced animation yet the anime being all genius show it in slow motion and freeze frames which they could have done after a fast paced fight to show people what went down but no

granted there have been times when the anime has done it right but still

as for your main point in the thread i think most peoples main judgment of the war arc could be influenced by the time period it takes for each chapter to be released as everyone is waiting a week to see something exciting, so when kishi doesn't do so people lash out and say the chapter is crap, maybe if people re-read the arc it may affect their judgment as there isnt much waiting period and you can read the arc as a whole

i think the only let down of this arc is missed opportunities such as kimimaro vs rock lee or neji vs his father
