As i said in the other thread Indra's KKG was sharingan and that's why Uchiha's are born with Sharingan while all Senju's do not have any affinity for KKG except hashirama. So Indra's full potential lies within Sharingan not with any other clan. So he has to reincarnate within uchiha only.

they can go into any clan they want.. its just that senju and uchia fit their values respectivly, it just so happens thats becasue each other made those clans, but uzumaki were like cousins to senju, he prob went into naruto for his/ his parents values

Indra would look for genetic ability and personal ideals. Although the Uchiha clan were the best candidates, I could see Indra chosing a Hyuuga.
