i believe a thread is dead when it has finished it's usefulness , because if it was about the posts , than all the announcements that the mods make would be counted dead :| but they are still very usfull , and some threads just never end but you cannot seem to find any life in them
and no thanks , doing chores and homework is an enough pain as it is , i don't need my confusion time interrupted by you mentioning them xd
