Kakashi has no sensing like obito does. He's still can be beaten much easier then Obito.
Also mokuton, inyouton, massive katon, izanagi, barriers, that dimension hacking feats, greater genjutsu, healing ability and durability along with knowledge and willpower.
Should i even mention his skill with TSB and chakra arms? Obito is far above kakashi
