If they allowed, people will make alt accounts lien about there age just to see it would be chaos because I know I would xD

It's not a question of maturity, but rather one of moderating it...
I would find one of scorps replies, but typing on iPod isn't easy

We like growth of the of NB community and allow and encourage general and random discussions within reason, besides manga related topics. But, it's not a one stop shop for all your needs. NB is essentially a site for discussing shonen mangas. A warning for adult content attached to it won't do any good to it as it will filter out the results for the age group it is targeted at.

We cannot give you medical advice, we cannot do your homework and we certainly are not going to open an adult section for your satiating your wild fantasies. Internet is huge. Find another place for those activities.
