Guilty on both charges, you're not listed on as student on Blood, anbu kakashi or you didn't notify any mod as far as I know about adding you as Student, I don't know whether anbu kakashi had sensei status back then, but he doesn't now, so its too late to add O_O If you want blood, have anbu kakashi come back to the site, pass the sensei test, get sensei status, then teach you blood and add you as student.

It's too bad, that a senior member is going to give up, just because things isn't going his way, if you wanna give up, i'd like you to do something, that i've thought about. Since you are a senior member, you must have a whole bunch of experince, CJ's and other things, maybe even custom weapons. If you're quitting NB for good, then share those, because even though you are gone, your jutsus and weapons still exist, meaning that nobody else can gain access to them, so do that, and then leave, if that's what you wish...

To be fair the Mud release shouldn't have been approved in the first place. Its just an offshoot of earth release and doesn't even need water to be performed. All of the techniques using the mud CE could have been created in the CJ thread.

Lol wow you getting mad for a mod doing his job, that's stupid. If you selly was allowed to use Blood element then you should give Rag more proof or if you know Anbu msn or whatever ask him to come back on NB to tell the mods he allowed you to use Blood element or take some time out and take the sensei test and pass and become a sensei and teach you the Blood element. 1)Well first and for all the rules about CE are clear. I admit that they haven't been really followed, in all honesty I forgot that you need to have a sensei status to teach a CE myself. But even though that was the case with pretty much everyone whenever they wanted to teach their CE they asked an RP mod to edit their CE to place the student as otherwise it wouldn't be official. That you didn't know about the sensei part is understandable, but there is absolutely no excuse that you didn't do the second part.
It's your own fault and you can't really complain about it. If you -or even better- Anbu Kakashi notified a mod to edit the thread there wouldn't be that much of a problem. But you nor he did that. That's just your own mistake. Rag isn't trying to take away your element as you don't even have the element. Only people that are listed in the CE-thread at the specific CE can learn and use it. As you're not mentioned you cant use it.

2) Didn't answer in it as I didn't really care considering it was something between 2 members + it was a discussion in an endless cycle. It was a problem for which there doesn't exist a clear solution nor answer.
