I see your point. It's probably the fact naruto isn't quite using bijuu mode to its fullest extent. Only a partial of the nine tails powers can only allow him to do so much, that supposedly his speed is restricted to allow for more duration of the mode staying activated. That's because you and other fanboys wank his speed. His speed is NOT like A's. Lightning Armor makes his Foot Speed as fast as we've seen it. We already saw his Shunshin speed when he dodged Amaterasu. Naruto's speed is only tremendous when he uses Shunshin.
