He has fought opponents in base mode in taijutsu without clones. IE: Base Naruto fought Pain in taijutsu with no clones and easily held his own. Pain was unable to get a solid hit against Naruto. That was the same Pain that fought Kakashi in taijutsu and landed a solid hit.

Those scans are a taijutsu battle. You just don't like because it proves Sasuke isn't more skilled in taijutsu than Naruto. They were both in a weaken condition. So if Sasuke is more skilled in taijutsu and if Naruto need to use clones than that should have been a win/win situation for Sasuke, but it wasn't. Sasuke couldn't defeat Naruto in taijutsu. In fact after they tied in taijutsu it was Sasuke to first used another skill/ability (rinnegan).

They fought for a long time yet Kishi only showed use a few scene so nobody can say if they were or weren't trying to dodge or block attacks. Regardless it's still taijutsu.

There's a reason why Naruto is his every fight (besides reunion cuz he got solo'ed so fast) was using clones to match Sasuke. Simply because he knows he can't beat him 1 on 1 with taijutsu.
