Next you're going to tell me that Madaa building chakra in his feet isn't something allowed in base either.
Even when they clashed in base form in vote 2 had they not been equal in power, Naruto would not have been able to brace that
Do you understand what you're saying? If that is true, how was Naruto whooping Sasuke in base? You might say he was weakened, but they was both weakened. So Sasuke should've of still been stronger. :|

that is your opinion...but naruto was in six paths sage mode working "in tandem" with sasuke
you cannot possibly tell me that six paths naruto was at full speed during his fight with momoshiki

Sasuke in that panel only had base Naruto on movement speed.
In no way would anyone else that didn't have rikudo power have been able to brace a clash like that.

You obviously don't understand what I'm saying.. I'm talking about adult Sasuke who is 13-15 years older than vote2 Sasuke.. Meaning he had plenty of time to improve and the movie shows his improvements.

I disagree that Sasuke matched RSM Naruto physical feats. Naruto is the one with the body power. Naruto's body will always be stronger than Sasuke's body.
Kishi held Naruto back so him and Sasuke could fight in sync.
1 - Naruto didn't use frog fu. That proves Naruto was holding back because frog fu is very useful in taijutsu battles and against opponents that absorb chakra.
2 - Sasuke wasn't fast enough to save his daughter without sacrificing his body -

- If Sasuke's speed was on RSM level than he would have been able to move his daughter out of the way of the attack like Naruto didn't earlier in the gaiden in base mode -
